oMux Family

Multiplexer product family; is Body Control Unit which performs control functions such as: door, signal, lamp, wiper motor, air conditioner engine, window lifting and lowering kit. By being placed at certain areas on the vehicle, information flow and control is provided by means of CAN communication lines. With this distribution structure, if there is failure in one part of the vehicle (accident occurrence, cable breakage etc), this part will be isolated from other control sections and the risk that could occur will be minimized. Each device informs other devices about status of environmental units to which it is connected. With this distribution structure, if there is failure in one part of the vehicle (accident occurrence, cable breakage etc), this part will be isolated from other control sections and the risk that could occur will be minimized. As per the work scenario being determined, by using CAN communication unit, other control units and entry/exit units are controlled as desired. These work scenarios being determined are developed by embedded software developers. Besides, when desired by using block diagrams with developing interface of product named as oMUX, it is possible to develop the desired scenarios. Since software updates can be uploaded to devices through CAN line, new software can be provided to all devices on the vehicle without disassembling the unit.
