Description

The CAN-LIN Gateway has two CAN and one LIN communication lines. It is a device which can be programmed with PC interface and can be used as gateway between two CAN lines. When operating as a gateway, it has a PC interface that allows the user to configure the rules, messages to be sent and the periods of these messages. The device can also be used to manage the LIN network via the LIN communication interface. Settings for managing the LIN BUS communication line can also be configured by the user via the PC interface. The LDF (Lin Description File), the standard file of the protocol, which contains the settings and rules for the LIN line, can be read via the PC interface.The relevant rules defined in the file are presented to the user and the settings can be saved to the device memory after making adjustments via the PC interface.
